Real estate partner in the Los Angeles office, Steve Zidell,  successfully negotiated a ground lease for a Raising Cane’s restaurant, a fast-food restaurant chain specializing in chicken fingers. In addition to the ground lease, the deal also involved negotiating a subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement with the landlord’s lender. Our firm represented the landlord in this transaction.
