Chris Heck, a partner in the Los Angeles office, and his team secured a favorable outcome in probate proceeding on behalf of two of the trust beneficiaries against third beneficiary, who was also the former executor of the Estate.  Probate Court awarded over $750,000 for two breaches of a prior settlement agreement, including over $240,000 in attorney fees. The case is currently on appeal.
