Matthew E. Wolf is a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP.   • Counseling and assisting start-up companies with respect to comprehensive business and intellectual property planning

  • Negotiating and drafting various transactional documents related to intellectual property and information technology

  • Negotiating and drafting software and hardware license agreements on behalf of various licensees and licensors,

  • Negotiating and drafting SaaS agreements for a variety of applications

  • Drafting software and hardware end user licenses and terms of use

  • Consulting with the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group with respect to software and biomedical matters, such as patents

  • Consulting and assisting clients with matters such as intellectual property infringement, new media considerations, cybersquatting and domain name disputes, UDRP actions, and Internet impostors

Real Estate

  • Negotiating and drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and guaranties, environmental indemnities, options, legal opinions, and other real estate transactional matters

  •  Counseling and assisting clients in connection with title matters and 1031 exchanges, and a broad range of real estate issues
