Zachary Ward is an associate with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP and practices within the firm’s Real Estate and Community Associations departments. His practice involves the purchase and sale, and leasing of commercial property.  Zachary’s practice also focuses on the representation of numerous community associations such as townhomes, condominiums and planned unit developments.

In addition, Zachary also represents clients in intellectual property matters including prosecuting U.S. trademark applications at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and preparing Trademark licensing agreements and Trademark assignments.
