Victor Balladares is an associate at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP.  He is an experienced litigator with extensive involvement in prosecuting and defending commercial, business, and complex litigation disputes in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Balladares litigated complex commercial, business, shareholder, corporate, trade secret, intellectual property, warranty, product liability, product defect, catastrophic mass injury, mass tort liability, and real estate matters. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Rolando Olvera of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Balladares volunteers his time defending immigrants pro bono. In 2023 and 2024, Mr. Balladares was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
