Trevor Waite is Of Counsel with the law firm of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He represents sole proprietors, small to mid-sized businesses, and privately-owned entities as outside corporate counsel. Using his legal background, education, and expertise, Trevor provides senior management and board members with legal advice, business strategies, and documentation in all aspects of business, including corporate transactions and governance, intellectual property, and real estate transactions. Trevor also represents his business clients in alternative dispute resolution and administrative matters.
