Priscilla Cervantes

Priscilla Cervantes is an associate with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP and practices within the firm’s Real Estate and Community Associations departments.  Her practice focuses on transactional real estate including all aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and construction.  Priscilla also acts as counsel to community associations (townhomes, condominiums and planned unit developments) and their management companies.

Prior to joining Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, Priscilla began her legal career at a boutique law firm in the Los Angeles area where she worked for 20 years in various roles including paralegal and as an associate after she graduated law school and passed the bar.  There, she represented financial institutions in various transactional matters including contract review and negotiations, commercial real estate and general business matters.

In 2024, Priscilla was recognized as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America.
