Jeffrey Pomerance is a partner in the Business Transactions & Corporate Law department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Jeffrey has experience representing and advising businesses, management, investors, entrepreneurs throughout the business “life cycle”- from start-up through sale/dissolution.  He has demonstrated success in addressing formation, financing, legal/contract, management, turnaround and restructuring, mergers/acquisitions/dispositions and general business issues across a broad spectrum of industries as well as generating business/strategic relationships.

Prior to joining Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, Jeffrey was a partner at SulmeyerKupetz, a Professional Corporation, where he was also Head of the Transactional Practice.
