Ayal Bainvoll is Of Counsel to Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. His practice focuses on representing institutional and non-institutional investors, developers, operators, and financial institutions in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, construction, operation, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate asset classes, including retail, hospitality, industrial, multi-family, office, and vacant land.

Ayal advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, general business and corporate transactional matters and real estate, with a focus on acquisition and disposition planning, entertainment and new media, and intellectual property and technology licensing.

Outside of his legal work, he is an avid tennis player, scuba diver, and dedicated Clippers fan. He also enjoys wine collecting, traveling, and supporting causes aligned with his values. Above all, Ayal is a proud father of three.

• $3 billion in acquisitions and dispositions nationwide for an institutional investment group, including leasing, eminent domain proceedings, property management, owners’ association matters, dispute resolution, and insurance claims
• $83 million acquisition of industrial building and joint venture with leading U.S real estate investment firm
• $42 million acquisition of a loan secured by a prominent shopping center by a leading private equity sponsor
• $45 million development of a 221,843 square foot industrial building through a development and joint venture agreement with a leading insurance company
• Over $100 million in acquisition financing for multiple properties for an institutional real estate investment firm borrower
