AREAS OF PRACTICE
Michelle Omidi strives to cultivate meaningful relationships with her real estate and corporate clients. She is passionate about helping them navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and business formations, while ensuring their interests are protected in every deal. She has the privilege of representing a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, landlords, and investors, in various real estate matters. Her practice areas include commercial transactions, property disputes, real estate development, and title examination.
Michelle also acts as counsel to community and homeowners associations (townhomes and condominiums) and their management companies.
While at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, she developed a strong interest in real estate law and honed her legal skills through participation in clinics, serving as Co-President of the Real Estate Law Society, and coursework focused on property law, contracts and negotiations. Michelle understands that each real estate transaction or legal issue is unique, and tailors her approach to meet the specific needs of her clients. Her goal is to provide clear and practical legal advice, guiding clients through every step of the process, and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Michelle holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, a distinction that enhances her legal practice by bringing a business-forward and practical perspective to real estate matters. Her ability to bridge the legal and commercial sides of transactions has proven invaluable to her clients.
Michelle is committed to giving back to her community and staying involved in local real estate organizations and associations. This allows her to stay current with industry trends and changes in real estate law.
Prior to joining Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, Michelle was an associate in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm.
