Mr. Lord is a partner at the firm practicing in the areas of entertainment law, intellectual property law and contract law. Mr. Lord represents recording artists and songwriters, social media influencers, record labels, music publishers, merchandise and live event production companies, talent managers, music production companies, record producers and mixers, and various film and television actors, actresses and producers in a wide variety of transactional matters. Mr. Oster is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Matt has extensive experience defending and prosecuting complex civil actions in the California federal and state courts with an emphasis on employment, health, and class action matters. Matt also has considerable experience assisting on appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Courts of Appeals.
