Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Keller has joined the firm. Mr. Keller will be an associate in the Entertainment Law and Licensing, Intellectual Property & Technology practice groups in the Los Angeles office.

Mr. Keller’s practice focuses on business and legal affairs in complex negotiations, business strategy, as well as legal and guild compliance surrounding the development, licensing and production of scripted and unscripted programming, new media and procurement of underlying rights. He has a strong background in intellectual property law with an emphasis on copyright and trademark, as well as the purchase and sale of intellectual property assets.  Mr. Keller received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School and his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
