Eli Shahmoon

Eli Shahmoon is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP with a practice that focuses on corporate transactional matters. Mr. Shahmoon represents businesses and individuals in corporate advisory, finance and transactional matters. He advises clients in all aspects of commercial law, including public and private financing, intellectual property and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and general business operations. He also has extensive operational, marketing and general counsel experience.

Mr. Shahmoon has advised clients in the start-up, financing and organization of a large variety of companies, including a multi-billion dollar international hedge fund, and a variety of large and small internet and technology businesses. He also has represented companies in the acquisition and disposition of assets and business units in the publishing, consumer products, technology and financial services industries.
