Mark Rosenbaum is a partner with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, and is manager of the commercial collections and foreclosure department. He represents small businesses, individuals, as well as international companies, in litigation matters. Mr. Rosenbaum’s expertise provides him the opportunity to be an invited guest speaker at various types of engagements related to provisional remedies (attachments, injunctions, etc.), collections, foreclosure, homeowner associations, healthcare collections, commercial evictions/collections and other commercial and real estate related issues. This broad knowledge allows Mr. Rosenbaum to represent a wide variety of clients and their needs, whether simple or complex.
