Joshua Zetlin is a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Josh is an experienced corporate and intellectual property attorney, with a background in corporate formations and governance, trademarks and copyright, and commercial transactions. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate, intellectual property, and commercial matters, including film and television transactions, corporate equity and structuring, trademark prosecution, brand protection, and licensing, copyright clearance, enforcement and licensing, and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining WRSSR, Josh was a partner at a prominent Bay Area law firm, where he represented a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients across a range of regulated industries, including cannabis, hemp, and beverage (wine, beer, spirits). Josh also worked in-house at a globally recognized film and television studio, and he began his career assisting clients with intellectual property litigation and transactional matters at a boutique law firm in Beverly Hills.

Josh was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he worked in television production before beginning his career as an attorney.
