Elsa Horowitz is a partner in the litigation department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Her practice focuses on business, real estate and commercial litigation, provisional remedies, and enforcement proceedings. Elsa practices in both State and Federal courts and represents clients at both trial and appellate levels. Her client roster is varied and includes some of the following: bridge lenders, small businesses, developers, contractors, common interest developments, commercial and residential landlords/tenants, and real estate brokers. Elsa approaches litigation pragmatically and efficiently in order to achieve the best results for her clients. Her clients appreciate her straightforward attitude as well as her holistic approach to client representation.
