Benjamin Mandel is an associate in the litigation department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. His practice is focused on complex civil litigation, primarily business litigation and real estate disputes.

Mr. Mandel earned his Juris Doctorate at Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law, where he was President and co-founder of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, President of the Jewish Law Society, selected to join the mediation team, and a member of several clinics. Mr. Mandel externed for the New York State Supreme Court and the California District Attorney’s office.
