Norman Wisnicki is a partner of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, and practices in various areas of civil, homeowner association, real estate, and construction litigation.   • Advising homeowner associations and individuals in a variety of disputes, including defective design and construction of varying building components
  • Representing clients who require mold remediation and related litigation matters
  • Managing and litigating numerous complex cases resulting in multi-million dollar recoveries by clients

Contractor and Mechanics Lien Disputes

  • Counseling contractors regarding licensing issues and representation before the California State License Board
  • Assisting homeowners with lien issues and subsequent litigation

  • Providing representation to homeowners, brokers, and associations with disclosure, contract, specific performance, rescission, and related cases

Homeowner Association Law

  • Counseling homeowner associations regarding injunction issues, enforcement of governing documents matters, nuisance actions, and the entire spectrum of association disputes
