Kenneth M. Marks is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin LLP with a practice that focuses on transactional entertainment and corporate law matters. Mr. Marks' practice includes: the review, negotiation and drafting of agreements for television programs, producers, directors, writers and actors. Mr. Marks also handles corporate matters, including drafting operating agreements and amendments and the formation and structuring of corporate entities.

During law school, Mr. Marks assisted in the representation of independent filmmakers and documentary creators at a boutique entertainment firm and also interned at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he reviewed and drafted licensing agreements for Sony’s global distribution of television programming. Additionally, Mr. Marks served as the president of the Jewish Law Students Association at UCLA School of Law.
