On December 11, 2018, Nevada-based partner John Samberg will be on the faculty of a National Business Institute seminar entitled “Hearsay, Email, Business, Records and Social Media – in the Trenches!” The program provides CLE credit, and offers a practical guide for attorneys in fine-tuning their understanding of evidentiary rules, the proper and creative use of objections and exceptions at trial, and ethical considerations in applying these rules. Entertainment and Intellectual Property Attorney Heidy Vaquerano Chosen to Moderate Panel For WiSTEM L.A

On September 15, 2018, Entertainment and Intellectual Property attorney Heidy Vaquerano will be moderating the panel discussion, “Women at the Intersections of STEM, Culture and Entertainment,” from 11:35 p.m. to 12:00  p.m. PST for an event hosted by the mayor of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti. This discussion is set to focus on the way that women leaders are using STEM ( science, technology, engineering, and math) to interact with and influence culture, art, and entertainment.

Michael Schulman is Teaching at the Nevada Association of Community Managers Expo on June 22

Michael Schulman, a senior partner practicing Community Association law in the Nevada and California offices, is teaching a class at the Nevada Association of Community Managers Expo in Las Vegas on June 22nd.  He will instruct on correctly running the election process for HOA Board positions. The WRSSR HOA team will be exhibiting  at the Expo, as well.
