The firm has not only developed and provided State certification training for the industry, but has dedicated staff to offer and further those efforts.
The firm is dedicated to helping the industry deal with the complexity of the legislation that surrounds the industry in California and Nevada. Our staff actively works, by serving on legislative action committees, to help provide wording for changes and/or defeating legislation that would adversely affect all owners who live in a common interest community.

Community Associations Institute (CAI) has established their list of CE classes for the year for the licensed community managers. In taking the classes, please check on the CE number to make sure that this is not a duplicate if you are in need of the credits to fulfill your license. These seminars have been picked by CAI's Education Committee to help community managers fulfill their need for 18 hours of continuing education credits, 3 of which must be law credits. The State of Nevada, through their regulation, NAC 116.400, has directed that members of the Board in a homeowners association in Nevada must "keep up to date with the management of a common-interest community through educational courses." Community Associations Institute (CAI) has identified classes that they feel help the Directors in their volunteer positions to fulfill this requirement. The below classes are being taught for that purpose. Certificates of attendance are provided for the classes as proof of participation as required by Nevada law.
