Dominique Y. Tauzin is a Trusts and Estates attorney in the Los Angeles office of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. In her practice, Ms. Tauzin advises individuals, couples and family-owned and small business owners in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate and business succession planning. Her client’s legal issues range from simple trust-based estate plans to more analytical estate and tax planning. She also has extensive experience with trust administrations, including disputes involving fiduciaries, beneficiaries and charitable organizations, and court probates.
Prior to focusing her legal practice on trust and estates law, Ms. Tauzin cultivated her legal knowledge and expertise as court clerk, legislative counsel, appellate attorney and litigation associate.These positions offered her the opportunity to practice in New York as well as California.Shortly after she and her family moved back to California in 2007, all the while assisting family and friends with simple trust and estates matters, she decided to focus exclusively as a trust and estate attorney.
