Mr. Levine is a litigation partner with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. His litigation practice focuses on real estate, homeowner associations, construction defect, products liability, environmental issues, insurance coverage and business. Mr. Levine has been involved with complex trials, arbitrations and mediations in both State and Federal courts.

Real Estate and Construction Defect Litigation

  • Representing property owners in landlord-tenant and broker disputes, contract disputes, easements, adverse possession, construction defect and premises liability claims
  • Enforcing governing documents on behalf of common interest developments
  • Counsel for homeowners and associations in lawsuits seeking damages for residential construction defects

Products Liability

  • Defending claims involving a wide variety of products and substances in the manufacturing sector

Mass & Toxic Torts

  • Evaluating claims for toxic torts, including asbestos exposure and mold damage and defending same

Business Litigation

    • Representing clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies in a broad range of corporate, business and commercial disputes
    • Developing cases in a manner that appeals to judges and juries from inception to trial or arbitration
