Sara E. Barry serves as the Director of Client Education and Training for Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. With over 27 years of experience in the community association industry, in a variety of disciplines, she is an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the firm’s community association practice, supervising its educational and charitable activities in the community association industry in Nevada. Ms. Barry has achieved the highest level of credentials, both in Nevada and throughout the United States, in the community association management field. Ms. Barry is also active in numerous community association trade organizations and in Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP’s efforts on behalf of community associations in the Nevada State Legislature.

  • Dedicated to furthering the education and professionalism of community association managers in Nevada
  • Selected by the Ombudsman for Common Interest Communities in Nevada to establish the curriculum for the Ombudsman’s statewide educational activities and also serves as an instructor for a majority of the statewide classes given by the Ombudsman
  • Serves nationally and statewide as an instructor for the Community Associations Institute.
  • Author and instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division’s 30-hour Community Manager (CAM) certification course
  • Author and instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division’s 60-hour Community Manager (CAM) certification course
  • Author and instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division’s 22 Hour Community Manager (CAM) certification course for experienced CAM’S wishing to manage in Nevada
  • Co-founder of the Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc., a Nevada non-profit corporation created to further education and professionalism of community association managers in Nevada
