Mr. Knight has represented an array of entertainment industry companies and individuals, including major recording artists, music labels, management companies, film distribution companies, production companies, concert production and venue companies, a professional sports franchise and professional athletes. Mr. Knight's intellectual property experience includes handling issues related to licensing, copyright, trademark, trade secret, trademark dilution claims, and rights of publicity. Mr. Knight's Internet/privacy/security experience includes representation of companies engaged in internet commerce, and prosecuting circumvention of security measures and violations of website terms of use. Mr. Knight has litigated in both state and federal courts and is admitted to practice in the California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
