Michael J. Lemcool is a senior litigation attorney in the Las Vegas office having practiced law for over 27 years with extensive experience in both State and Federal Courts. In addition to Mr. Lemcool’s civil litigation private practice, he served 10 years in the Prosecutor's Office for Leelanau County, Michigan, including one term as the elected prosecutor. Since admission to the Nevada Bar in 2000, Mr. Lemcool has been very successful in several civil cases including being instrumental in obtaining one of the largest civil settlements against the City of North Las Vegas. His practice includes representing homeowner associations in various litigation matters, as well as other business and real estate transactions. Mr. Lemcool has successfully represented many clients in trials, arbitrations, mediation and administrative hearings.
