Jonathan G. Richter is a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Mr. Richter’s practice focuses on transactional corporate and real estate matters. Mr. Richter advises businesses of all sizes in multiple sectors, from start-ups to emerging and established companies, including mature privately held businesses. He routinely structures, negotiates and prepares agreements for a wide range of transactions, conducts sales, mergers and acquisitions for small to mid-sized businesses and established companies, and provides counsel and advice to boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, intellectual property and technology transactions. His broad based real estate transactional practice includes the purchase and sale of commercial property, leasing, financing and entity formation and structuring.

• $5 million sale of industrial building in Costa Mesa
• $2 million asset sale of manufacturing business
• $2 million Series A equity financing of veterinary medical technology start-up
• $2 million Series B equity financing of artisanal tea manufacturer and distributor
