Mr. Kerr is a partner with the Las Vegas office of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, focusing on legal matters involving community associations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kerr was involved with representing community associations in California where he served as legal counsel to associations on all aspects of corporate operations. Mr. Kerr is currently licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada.

Areas of Practice
Community Association Law

  • Representation of community associations in matters relating to bylaws, CC&Rs, contracts, rules and regulations, working closely with boards of directors and community management companies, on-site inspections, property damage issues and insurance matters

General Corporate

  • Representation of non-profit, small and medium size, companies in connection with their general corporate, legal and business affairs

Litigation

  • Involved in all areas of litigation, including depositions, researching and drafting of all pleadings and motions, witness preparation, discovery, court appearances, including status conferences, arguing motions and mandatory settlement conferences
