Mr. Hill is an associate in the litigation department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. His practice is focused primarily on civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He has represented a wide range of individuals and businesses under investigation or accusation by the government, from professional gamblers to medical doctors. He has tried a number of cases to jury verdict in federal court, and has successfully won judgments of acquittal.
Prior to joining Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, Mr. Hill was the lead trial associate for a boutique white-collar defense and financial crimes practice group at a national law firm, where he learned the fine craft of criminal trial practice from a 22-year veteran of the United States Attorney’s Office. Mr. Hill first learned what wins cases as the law clerk to the Hon. George Foley, Jr. of the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
Mr. Hill is a graduate of The Catholic University of America and UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, and is fluent in Classical Greek and Classical Hebrew.
