Barry T. Mitidiere is a litigation partner with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Mr. Mitidiere has handled all types of real estate and general business cases and now concentrates his practice in construction defect litigation. He has extensive experience in litigation and transactional matters representing homeowner associations, escrow companies, real estate brokerage firms, mortgage lenders, builders, developers, and title companies. Mr. Mitidiere has been awarded an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
