Anthony King is a general litigation associate at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. Anthony has extensive experience defending and prosecuting complex civil actions in federal and state courts with an emphasis on securities and employment litigation.  Prior to joining Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, he was an associate in the New York office of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, LLP.

Representations have included:

Awarded complete defense verdict at trial for employer in a FEHA discrimination and retaliation case in Los Angeles Superior Court

  • Successful recovery for a multinational conglomerate pursuing fraud and surety bond claims stemming from a $191 million dollar public works contract in the Northern District of California
  • Post-charge representation of a CEO of one of the largest mutual fund families in the highly-publicized enforcement actions concerning market-timing in mutual funds by the SEC and the New York Attorney General’s Office
  • Represented Canadian insurance company seeking $6 billion in damages under New Jersey’s RICO statute and state common law alleging stock manipulation against some of the largest and most prominent hedge funds
  • Successful representation providing 80% recovery for two commercial note holders in, as described by FBI, the largest ever corporate fraud case involving a privately held company
